How we handle the personal information you provide

Replies we send you are intended solely for you personally, for the purpose of responding to your enquiries. We review and reply to email enquiries in the order received, within two to five business days (in Japan). At busy times, or depending on the nature of your enquiry, it may take longer than usual to reply. Note: Our office will be on holiday from Dec. 30th through Jan. 3rd. We will begin answering enquiries thereafter the holiday, in the order that they were received them in.
