STEP 1. Choose Products
Find your favorite items by category from the Shopping menu.

STEP 2. Add to Cart
Enter the desired quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button.
STEP 3. Proceed to Checkout
If you prefer "Express Checkout" such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, select your preferred payment method. Please make sure that your shipping address, billing information, and shipping method are entered and selected correctly.
STEP 4. Enter Required Information at Checkout

Shipping Address: Please use alphanumeric characters and the following symbols :

Shipping Method: Once you enter your shipping address, available shipping methods will be displayed along with estimated shipping costs and delivery times. (Note: Please review carefully if using "Express Checkout" such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal)

Billing Address: For gift orders, please enter the billing information of the purchaser (sender)

Additional fees (such as Customs Duties and Taxes) : Shipping costs do not include customs duties. Depending on the destination country and courier, additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees may be charged upon or before delivery. All additional costs are the responsibility of the customer (or recipient). Please check your local customs and import laws before placing an order.

STEP 5. Review Order Details & Complete Your Order
- Before complete, please carefully review your order details such as order items, shipping method, final total (including shipping costs), and shipping/billing details.

Once your order is complete, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

STEP 6. Shipping & Tracking
- Orders are shipped from Kyoto within 5 business days of purchase.
- Note: Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
- Special cases for shipping: Orders shipping to South Korea
- Once your order has been dispatched, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent. Click the "View Order" button in the email to check your delivery status on the courier's tracking website.

- DHL: 7–10 days after dispatch
- EMS: 1–5 weeks (varies by region)
- International ePacket Light (AIR Packet): 2–6 weeks (varies by region)

STEP 7. Receiving Your Order
- If any additional fees such as customs duties are incurred, please follow the instructions provided by the delivery driver or courier to make payment.
- If a delivery notice (missed delivery slip) has been left, please check the details and arrange for redelivery promptly.
- Depending on the shipping method and destination, you may be required to pick up your package directly at your local post office. (For details, please check [Article19-6] of our Terms of Service).
