We recommend using 10 grams per small pot of tea.
・For sencha, gyokuro, and bancha (excluding hojicha), use about 2 Tablespoons.
・For hojicha, use about 4 Tablespoons.

Our brewing methods will produce a smaller amount of tea with a richer flavor. Our preference for our tea is a drink with a rich, full body. Our recipes are meant to be satisfying in small sips and in small quantities.
Please experiment with different amounts of tea to find what you like the best!
