1) Tea is an article of food, so we do not accept the return or exchange of tea.
2) We accept the return of tea utensils within one week of delivery, provided that the product has been neither opened nor used. Users bear the cost of shipping the returned product to Ippodo and handling charges for returning it.
3) We do not accept the return of tickets for classes or events.
In cases in which the delivered product is damaged or stained, or is not the product that was ordered, Ippodo will exchange it for a non-defective product or provide a refund etc. where appropriate.
