The official Ippodo Tea Global website was launched in August 2021 with a new design. Customers who created accounts on the old website need to reset their password on the new one. Once you’ve reset your password, your customer information will be carried over from the old website, allowing you to make use of the convenient functions of your Account Settings webpage.
